Her solid career includes key roles in the healthcare sector, where she has led teams and managed operations in highly demanding environments.
In recent years, she has held important positions in renowned healthcare companies, coordinating the Patient Care department at a prestigious diagnostic imaging center handling low, medium, and high complexity cases.
Before joining our team, she was an Operations Coordinator, Head of Patient Care, and responsible for International Logistics at a leading international laboratory, specializing in molecular medicine, where her leadership and focus on operational excellence were essential.
Dr. Luciana Devenutto
Reproductive Medicine
Dr. Luciana Devenutto is a physician graduated from the University of El Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires.
She completed a fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at Procrearte, Buenos Aires, where she deepened her expertise in advanced fertility techniques.
Currently, she is a professor in the Advanced Reproductive Medicine Course at SAMeR, where she trains specialist doctors and coordinates the scientific research team. Her academic and professional interest focuses on “Ovarian Regenerative Therapies,” applied to patients with diminished ovarian reserve or primary ovarian insufficiency, areas in which she has made notable innovative contributions.
Dr. Devenutto is the author of publications in national and international scientific journals, including: “In Vitro Activation of the Ovarian Cortex and Autologous Transplant: A New Approach to Primary Ovarian Insufficiency and Diminished Ovarian Reserve” (Human Reproduction Open, 2020) and “Intraovarian Platelet-Rich Plasma Injection in Low-Responder Patients” (The Journal of Reproduction, 2024).

The program, which spans three countries—Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico—is renowned for its reach and quality.
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, and currently residing in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Melanie studied Social Communication and Journalism.
Her vast experience in managing interpersonal relationships between clinics and donors has been essential in ensuring that every step of the process is carried out with responsibility, empathy, and dedication.
Her approach guarantees that both the clinics and the donors feel confident and secure at every stage of the journey.
Melanie not only coordinates the egg donation program, but she was also an egg donor herself, giving her a unique and profound perspective on the process.
This personal experience has allowed her to be a reliable source of information and a supportive voice for donors, instilling confidence and creating a caring environment, supported by a top-level medical team.

With a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a specialization in Private and Family Law, Emilia has focused her career on the management and legal advising of projects aimed at creating new families through assisted fertility.
Her work focuses on the strategic planning of assisted reproduction projects, ensuring that each case is carried out in accordance with national and international legal regulations.
Emilia has extensive knowledge in International Private Law and Family Law, key areas where she provides legal advice to future parents from all over the world who trust ReproVida to fulfill their dream of starting a family.
Her role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, integrating professionals from medicine, biotechnology, social work, and law to ensure that assisted fertility programs are developed effectively and ethically.
